I’ve always been a fan of Tim Burton and am looking forward to the Alice release in 3-D. Oh yeah, I’m not forgetting Johnny Depp, either!
These two illustrations are from the book and were drawn by Sir John Tenniel (1820-1914).
This illustration is from 1877 and I can’t decipher the artist’s name. I’ll be posting more Alice images in honor of the movie.

Lovely images, such a wonderful story and has inspired so many illustrators! Beautiful and goes to show classic never goes out of fashion!
